For all of my life, I’ve always had a singular passion: connection.
Through all my different careers and walks of life, from finance and theater, to film and music, this one goal has remained the same. It’s this compassion for others, the ability to truly understand and listen to someone's story, that led me to where I am today. For the last 23 years I’ve worked as a personal coach, helping those around me gain clarity, happiness, peace, and a renewed investment in life.
That’s why I founded Active Health Fitness - a health coaching and fitness company designed to clear blocks, get you moving, and foster a better quality of life as we age. As your personal coach, I will help keep you on the playing field of life through nutritional guidance, consistent fitness, lifestyle changes, and powerful mindset shifts.
In our time together, it is my primary goal to empower you. To remind you how valuable your life is, how much you have to offer, how much you have to live for. By treating you as a whole person, I focus on nourishing your body with wholesome foods, helping you build a powerful movement practice, and set the foundations for lifelong healthy habits.

In 6 x 60 minute sessions, we are going to build the foundations for sustainable movement, daily healthy habits, and mental clarity. We will work through all areas of health, from mindset and spirituality, to nutrition and movement. We will build a complete blueprint to a better quality of life with practical strategies, new habits, and complete accountability. Includes 3 months of email and text support between sessions, an introductory health assessment, and weekly accountability check-in.
Back On Track - 1 Month Coaching Package - $1,150
In 4 x 60 minute sessions, we will reset your routine and build a system of habits that makes you feel good again. Get the nutritional guidance, holistic health coaching, fitness training, and accountability you need to clear your mind, feel energized, and wake up happier and motivated every day. Includes email & text support in between sessions and a weekly accountability check-in.
The Reconnection - 3 Week Coaching Plan - $1,000
In 3 x 60 minute sessions, we will reignite your health journey and get you back on track. We will work through an accountability reassessment to understand your health, fitness, and mindset goals, implement a game plan to get you back on track, and give you the accountability you need to succeed. Includes a weekly accountability check-in through text or email.
Jump Start - 1 Week Coaching Plan - $500
In 2 x 60 minute sessions, we aim to kick off your healthy lifestyle. Together we will uncover your mental blocks, set reasonable health and fitness goals, and prioritize what really requires your attention. Whether you want to sculpt and strengthen, make healthier food choices, or want to wake up feeling energized, get the tools you need to start your health transformation. Includes an introductory health assessment and exit health assessment.
